The Football Management Certificate organized by the Cambodian Premier League in collaboration with LALIGA Business School and supported by Expert Education & Visa, was successfully completed over two more days on November 15–16, 2025, with the final session held at TRIBE Phnom Penh Post Office Square.

The course welcomed around 35 participants, including students, club officials, working professionals, and young football supporters who are passionate about contributing to the development of football in Cambodia. Throughout the two more days program, participants gained valuable knowledge on football structure, leadership, club management, youth development, and professional football careers.

On the closing day of the Football Management Certificate , there was also a special experience-sharing session led by Ms. Yin Marady, a specialist from FFC, AFC, and FIFA, who shared her journey and experience as a woman working in a high-level football leadership role.

The program also featured group activities and presentation challenges, helping participants strengthen teamwork, communication, and public speaking skills. Each group also presented creative ideas for football development in Cambodia.

After completing the training, many participants expressed that the course helped them expand their professional network, build confidence, and gain a clearer understanding of opportunities within Cambodia’s football industry. They also emphasized that such training programs play an important role in empowering youth and supporting the growth of football in the country.
