The Cambodian Premier League will organize the CPL Care Cup U-14 Youth Tournament 2026 over a period of two (2) days, from March 28 to 29, 2026, at the Phnom Penh Crown Training Ground.
 
According to the organizing committee, this tournament is designed in order for the football clubs participating in the Cambodian Premier League to meet the requirements of the international club licensing regulations, Section: Sporting Criteria, to gain full rights to participate in competitions organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
 
A total of 10 clubs will participate in this tournament, including Royal Cambodian Armed Forces FC, ISI Dangkor Senchey FC, Angkor Tiger FC, Life FC Sihanoukville, Visakha FC, Boeung Ket FC, Nagaworld FC, Phnom Penh Crown FC, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC, and MOI Kampong Dewa FC. 

The Registration
1.    The club can register from 21 to 35 players with birthdates starting from 1 January 2012.
2.    The club can register up to 10 team officials.
3.    The Head Coach has no limit on obtaining any license certificate.
4.    The club can register up to 21 players in the starting list and 8 officials on the starting list.
5.    The club can substitute players only in the 3rd half.
6.    All the participants' clubs must scan all forms of the necessary documents to register the official/player list to FIFA Connect/FIFA CMS. In case any club is not registered in the system, the Cambodian Premier League will be denied participation rights.

This is the first time that the Cambodian Premier League has organized this kind of tournament. For fans, admission is free of charge, and spectators can attend freely at the Phnom Penh Crown training ground. Each day will feature a total of 8 matches. The morning matches will take place from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, while the afternoon matches will be held from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The competition will run over a period of two days. Football fans are warmly invited to attend in large numbers and enjoy the exciting match atmosphere.
