ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌាន ព្រីមៀរលីគ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិបបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់អគ្គលេខាធិការក្លិប គ្រូបង្គោល មន្ត្រីអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិប អ្នកចាត់ការក្រុម មន្ត្រីសារព័ត៌មាន និងសមាសភាពសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។
គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិបបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦
បើតាមការបញ្ជាក់របស់កញ្ញាជាស្រីលីសគោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះគឺដើម្បីបង្ហាញអំពីការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិបនៅកម្ពុជា ចែករំលែកលទ្ធផល និងសមិទ្ធផលដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងរយៈពេលកន្លងមក ណែនាំអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌថ្មីៗរបស់ AFC សម្រាប់អាជ្ញាបណ្ណឆ្នាំ២០២៦/២៧ និងជួយឱ្យក្លិបទាំងអស់ត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ដំណើរការស្នើសុំអាជ្ញាបណ្ណនាពេលខាងមុខ។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះក៏ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ក្លិប និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីស្តង់ដារគ្រប់គ្រងក្លិបប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងរួមគ្នាលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។
អាជ្ញាបណ្ណមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់សម្រាប់ក្លិបនីមួយៗ
អាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិបមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ ព្រោះវាមិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាលក្ខខណ្ឌសម្រាប់ការចូលរួមប្រកួតក្នុងលីគជាតិ និងការប្រកួតរបស់ AFC ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាក៏ជាប្រព័ន្ធដែលជួយលើកកម្ពស់ការគ្រប់គ្រងក្លិបឱ្យកាន់តែមានវិជ្ជាជីវៈ មានតម្លាភាព និងមាននិរន្តរភាពផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធអាជ្ញាបណ្ណ ក្លិបត្រូវអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារលើផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗចំនួនប្រាំ រួមមាន ផ្នែកកីឡា ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ បុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាល ច្បាប់ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ ការអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារទាំងនេះជួយឱ្យក្លិបពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង បង្កើនស្ថិរភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ អភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន និងបង្កើតបរិយាកាសល្អសម្រាប់កីឡាករ គ្រូបង្វឹក មន្ត្រីក្លិប និងអ្នកគាំទ្រ។

ការរីកចម្រើនសម្រាប់ក្លិបនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសផ្នែកអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិប
ក្នុងរយៈពេលប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ យើងឃើញថា ក្លិបនៅកម្ពុជាមានការរីកចម្រើនគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់លើវិស័យជាច្រើន។ ចំនួនក្លិបដែលទទួលបានអាជ្ញាបណ្ណ AFC បានកើនឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដែលបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ក្លិបក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនឱ្យស្របតាមស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ។
ក្លិបជាច្រើនបានពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធអភិបាលកិច្ច ដោយកំណត់តួនាទី និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវឱ្យកាន់តែច្បាស់លាស់ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើឱ្យដំណើរការសម្រេចចិត្តកាន់តែមានតម្លាភាព។ លើសពីនេះ ក្លិបក៏បានផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់កាន់តែខ្លាំងលើការអភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ការតែងតាំងបុគ្គលិកដែលមានសមត្ថភាព និងការកែលម្អហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដូចជាកីឡដ្ឋាន និងទីលានហ្វឹកហាត់។

CPL organized the Cambodia club licensing workshop 2026
The Cambodian Premier League organized the 2026 Cambodian Club Licensing Workshop on 8 July 2026. The workshop brought together club general secretaries, head coaches, club licensing officers, team managers, media officers, and many other key club representatives.
Objectives of the Cambodian Club Licensing Workshop 2026
The main purpose of the Cambodia Club Licensing Workshop 2026 is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Club Licensing System in Cambodia, share the progress and achievements made over the past few years, introduce the latest AFC Club Licensing Criteria for the 2026/27 licensing cycle, and help clubs prepare for the upcoming licensing process.
The workshop also serves as a platform for clubs and stakeholders to exchange experiences, strengthen their understanding of professional club management, and work together to further develop football in Cambodia.
The essentials of club licensing for football clubs
Club Licensing is extremely important because it is not only a requirement for participating in domestic league competitions and AFC club competitions, but also a system that promotes professional, transparent, and sustainable club development.
Through the Club Licensing System, clubs are required to meet standards in five key areas: sporting, infrastructure, personnel and administration, legal, and financial. Complying with these standards helps clubs strengthen their management systems, improve financial stability, enhance youth development, and create a better environment for players, coaches, club officials, and supporters.
Furthermore, Club Licensing increases the confidence of supporters, sponsors, and other stakeholders while ensuring that clubs are well prepared to compete at both the domestic and international levels. Ultimately, Club Licensing provides a strong foundation for the long-term growth and success of individual clubs and the continued development of Cambodian football as a whole.
Cambodian clubs have made notable progress, especially in club licensing
Over the past few years, Cambodian clubs have made significant progress in many areas.
The number of clubs obtaining AFC Club Licenses has steadily increased, reflecting their strong commitment to meeting international standards.
Many clubs have strengthened their management systems and governance structures by defining clearer roles and responsibilities and adopting more transparent decision- making processes. In addition, clubs have placed greater emphasis on youth development, financial management, appointing qualified personnel, and improving infrastructure, including stadiums and training facilities.
Another encouraging development is the improved performance and competitiveness of our representative clubs in AFC competitions. Through the implementation of the Club Licensing System, clubs are now better prepared both on and off the pitch, enabling them to compete more effectively at the continental level and proudly represent Cambodian football on the Asian stage.
