លោក Jeysing Gnana Kannu Muthiah មន្ត្រីស្នងការប្រកួត (Match Commissioner) របស់សហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់អាស៊ី (AFC) បានអញ្ជើញមកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅក្លិបបាល់ទាត់ភ្នំពេញក្រោន និង
ក្លិបបាល់ទាត់វិសាខា នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ និងទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការរវាង សហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជា, ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ (CPL), ក្លិបបាល់ទាត់ភ្នំពេញក្រោន, និងក្លិបបាល់ទាត់វិសាខា។
គោលបំណងនៃការចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យនេះ គឺដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរបស់ក្លិបទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំការប្រកួតរបស់ AFC នាពេលអនាគត ដោយផ្ដោតលើការត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពទីលានប្រកួត និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនានា ស្របតាមស្ដង់ដាប្រកួតរបស់ AFC ។
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យ លោកបានពិនិត្យលើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើន រួមមាន ទីលានប្រកួត បន្ទប់កីឡាករ សម្ភារៈ និងទីតាំងប្រតិបត្តិការសម្រាប់ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ បរិក្ខារពេទ្យ ព្រមទាំងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំការប្រកួត ដើម្បីធានាថា ទាំងអស់ស្របតាមបទបញ្ញត្តិ និងស្ដង់ដារបស់ AFC។
បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យកីឡដ្ឋាន ក៏មានកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយតំណាងក្លិបទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យឡើងវិញលើតម្រូវការប្រតិបត្តិការ ពិភាក្សាអំពីចំណុចដែលត្រូវកែលម្អ និងបញ្ជាក់ពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរបស់ក្លិប ក្នុងការរៀបចំការប្រកួត AFC ប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។
ការចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យនេះ មានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការធានាថា កីឡដ្ឋាន និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ អនុលោមតាមស្ដង់ដារបស់ AFC និងអាចផ្ដល់នូវបរិយាកាសប្រកួតប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងគុណភាពខ្ពស់ សម្រាប់កីឡាករ មន្ត្រីប្រកួត អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន និងអ្នកគាំទ្រទាំងអស់។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា នេះមិនមែនជាលើកទីមួយទេ ដែលសហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជា (FFC) និងក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ (CPL) បានអញ្ជើញមន្ត្រីរបស់សហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់អាស៊ី (AFC) មកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅបណ្ដាក្លិបក្នុងលីគកំពូលកម្ពុជា។
ជាជាក់ស្ដែង កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ បានអញ្ជើញលោក Mahajan Vasudevan ប្រធានផ្នែកអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិប (Head of Club Licensing) និងលោក Kamil Megat ជំនួយការប្រធានផ្នែកអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិប (Assistant Head of Club Licensing) នៃសហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់អាស៊ី (AFC) មកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅក្លិបមួយចំនួនក្នុងលីគកំពូលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃលើការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធអាជ្ញាបណ្ណក្លិប ស្របតាមស្ដង់ដារបស់ AFC ផងដែរ ៕
AFC Stadium Inspection Conducted at Visakha FC and Phnom Penh Crown FC
The AFC Match Commissioner, Mr. Jeysing Gnana Kannu Muthiah, has been invited by the collaboration of Football Federation of Cambodia, Cambodian Premier League, Phnom Penh Crown FC, and Visakha FC to visit both clubs on August 3–4, 2026.
The inspection's goal is to determine whether both clubs can host the AFC Competition in the future by looking at the football pitch and facilities. In order to verify that it complied with AFC competition rules, the inspection addressed important aspects of each venue, such as the playing field, team facilities, media operations, medical areas, and other match-day infrastructure.
Coordination meetings with club representatives were held after the venue inspections to go over operational requirements, talk about areas for improvement, and make sure each club was prepared to successfully host AFC matches.
These inspections are crucial in ensuring that all facilities comply to AFC requirements while offering players, officials, media, and spectators a high-quality, safe, and professional matchday experience.
During the inspections, Mr. Jeysing reviewed the stadium infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and operational requirements, including measuring the floodlighting illuminated (lux levels) to assess compliance with AFC stadium lighting standards.
Following the inspections, he provided constructive recommendations and technical feedback to both clubs. While both stadiums have made positive progress, there are still areas for further improvement to fully align with AFC requirements. These recommendations will support the clubs in enhancing their facilities and operations, with the continued support of FFC and CPL, as part of the ongoing effort to elevate the standard of Cambodian football.
This is not the first time the FFC and the CPL have invited officials from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to conduct official visits to clubs competing in the Cambodian Premier League.
Previously, in 2022, the CPL invited Mr. Mahajan Vasudevan, AFC Head of Club Licensing, and Mr. Kamil Megat, AFC Assistant Head of Club Licensing, to visit several Cambodian Premier League clubs. The purpose of the visit was to inspect and assess the implementation of the AFC Club Licensing System.
