Mr. Peter Koo, General Manager; Ms. Chea Sreylis, Head Club Licensing; and Ms. But Seylan, Club Licensing Administration Officer of the Cambodian Premier League, participated in the AFC Professional Football Seminar 2026, organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 11 to 13 August 2026.

The seminar focused on Club Licensing, AFC Club Competitions, and stadium standards and infrastructure development, with the aim of strengthening the implementation and development of professional football across Asia.

The seminar also brought together experts and speakers from leading international football organizations, including FIFA, UEFA, Concacaf, AFC, and other relevant institutions, who shared their knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the management and development of professional football. 

Participation in the seminar provided a valuable opportunity for the Cambodian Premier League to exchange knowledge, gain new insights and experiences, and further strengthen the implementation of club licensing, contributing to the continued development of professional football in Cambodia and across the Asian region.
